About Me

Hello! My name is Regina Gordon and I am a survivor of Sarcoidosis. Over 24 years ago I was diagnosed with this multi-symptom autoimmune disease (which is now an inflammatory disease).  Pulmonary sarcoidosis was the initial diagnosis, however, it has been found in other areas of my body. I thank my mom Beatrice Williams-Tevis, Co-Founder, for educating herself about this disease; my brother James E. Austion and my daughters Monique & Corine Gordon for their sustained support for me throughout this very difficult and complex journey.

There are many individuals who have sarcoidosis and feel very alone and misunderstood. It is my desire to raise awareness of this disease by creating a space for individuals, our family and friends; by supporting each other and educating ourselves as we live with Sarcoidosis.
